Account deletion

Deletion requests are verified, never taken on faith — anyone can type an email address into a form, so the form alone never triggers deletion.

• Your own account: ask in the form using the email you sign in with. We reply to that sign-in address and act only on your confirmation from it. Deleting a team member's own account does not touch the company's records.
• An entire company (all records, books and stored documents): only the company's owner can request this. We confirm by reply to the owner's sign-in address, remind you to export first (Reports → Export — deletion is permanent), and delete the company's database records and stored files within 30 days of the confirmed request.

Response times

Beta support is best-effort, usually within one to two business days, Pacific time.
